Coast of Change - A Ride to End Ovarian Cancer
The Coast of Change, 2019.
In July 2019, over the course of 10 days Bianca rode the Coast Of Change, The Ride over 1700 km long, from Vancouver to San Francisco.
The road along the coast is approximately 1700 km, with narrow shoulders to ride on and long stretches of the road exposed to the elements.
Cycling for 8-10 hours and covering 200km per day she conquered the heat, hills and long hours - alone on the road.
Bianca completed this ride in memory of Katrina, her sister who died of Stromal Ovarian Cancer in April 2018,
and raised over $20k, surpassing her $3k goal.
